Adult Program Overview
Below you'll find everything you need to know about joining Los Rios Rock School
We teach adults to be musicians.
Los Rios Rock School isn’t your average “music lessons” place. We combine one-on-one instruction with a full band experience. That means, instead of simply “playing an instrument,” our students learn how to think, feel, and create as a musician.
To help you get an idea of what’s included, keep scrolling. Then, if you still have questions, you can come for a 30-minute tour, which is available every Saturday.
What's included?
Here’s a breakdown of everything included when you join Los Rios Rock School
You Get a One-Hour Private Lesson Once Per Week
- Be taught by professional multi-instrumentalist, degreed instructors who are also current composers and session musicians.
- Use 1 of 7 Large Rehearsal Labs so you can play across from your instructor. This way, you can experience your musical part instead of only solving puzzles (like most music lessons).
- Can also experiment with any of the other instruments the teacher plays/teaches.
- A custom Learning Management App profile with your homework, chat, leaderboards, badges, and practice timer.
An Open Invitation to Our Weekly Adult Jam Club
- Wednesday Nights, 8:30 to 10:30 pm.
Live Concert Program (Once You Are Ready)
- Once your jam group is ready, you will start preparing your set list to play a real show!
