Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team at Los Rios Rock School. The Remote Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the school from a remote location, ensuring a smooth and efficient administrative workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remote Support: Provide administrative support remotely, including answering emails, handling inquiries, and assisting with scheduling.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, attendance, and billing information using digital tools.
• Billing and Payments: Process payments, invoices, and financial transactions electronically. Assist with tuition collection and account reconciliation.
• Administrative Support: Provide general remote administrative support to the school’s leadership team, including data entry and document management.
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating ticket sales for our live concerts.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous remote administrative experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Proficiency in using digital tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual communication platforms.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Passion for music and the arts is a bonus.
