Daniel Filippi is a multi-talented instructor at Los Rios Rock School. Born and raised in Southern California, Daniel’s passion for music ignited at a young age. His journey began with tinkering on the piano, inspired by his sister’s lessons, and flourished when he picked up the guitar.

During his time at Saddleback College, Daniel immersed himself in both music and theater programs. He further honed his skills at UCLA, where he was a member of the renowned a cappella group, Awaken A Cappella, boasting notable alumni such as Sara Bareilles.

Daniel’s professional experience spans across various platforms, including performances at esteemed venues like the San Diego Zoo, Legoland, and SeaWorld’s ‘Madagascar Live,’ showcasing his prowess as both a guitarist and vocalist.

With a foundation rooted in theater, Daniel’s love for singing blossomed on stage. He has graced professional theaters throughout Southern California, such as the Laguna Playhouse and La Jolla Playhouse, showcasing his versatility as a performer. From playing in the pit for musicals to seamlessly blending acting with musical roles, Daniel epitomizes the essence of a true entertainer and teacher.
