Performance-Based Rancho Santa Margarita Voice Lessons
If your child loves to sing, Rancho Santa Margarita vocal lessons are a perfect option. At Los Rios Rock School, we provide children and teens with voice lessons, but we also allow them to showcase their skills at live rock shows and it’s all included in your monthly tuition.
As the most cutting-edge facility and music program in Orange County, our students receive much more than intensive weekly Rancho Santa Margarita vocal lessons. We host six to 12 live rock shows each year at top venues such as the House of Blues, Stillwater, the Coach House and our own rock school stage, The Lobby.
Your tuition includes a weekly, 60-minute private lesson and our experienced instructors teach using music from artists and genres the kids love. This includes pop, rock, country, soul, bluegrass, R&B or whatever your teen or child enjoys.
If your child plays an instrument or wishes to learn, in addition to providing Rancho Santa Margarita vocal lessons, they also can split their lesson into two sections. Some students will spend half of their time on vocal lessons and the rest on piano lessons. Others might spend 30 minutes on guitar and 30 minutes on voice. Aside from being expert vocal coaches, our instructors can teach virtually any instrument including acoustic guitar, bass guitar, electric guitar, ukulele, piano & keyboards, flute, saxophone, drums and more.
In addition to the weekly Rancho Santa Margarita vocal lessons, your tuition includes participation in our live program. We group the students based upon ability and experience, practice songs during weekly group rehearsals and then show off this hard work during live shows. The lessons, the rehearsals and the live shows all are included in your tuition.
For a child or teen that is interested in songwriting or production in addition to Rancho Santa Margarita voice lessons, we can accommodate this as well. We offer songwriting classes and workshops, as well as production classes and music theory classes. For our advanced students, we even offer an AP Music Theory course. This class is taught by an instructor with a Ph.D. in music composition and includes all you need to know to pass the AP Music Theory exam.
Our facility is stocked with top-of-the-line equipment and gear, as well as many pieces of cool, vintage gear and the kids can use it all! Students can help set up for shows, practice using the same instruments that famous musicians use and produce their own original songs in one of our two production studios. All of our instructors currently are in working bands that have produced albums, and they can impart their expertise on to the students.
